You can expect your order to be processed within 3-7 working days after it is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package's progress.

 

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping for most products within Australia. Some products because of the reason of the place of shipment, users can choose different modes of transportation and different transportation timeliness. For details, refer to the page display.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be reshipped.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered by the carrier.
